Now days, most of our lives are charged with work, problems or with too many activities. All this could contribute to have a variety of symptoms of stress. Some of these symptoms can be insomnia, digestive problems, depression and extreme fatigue. Certain essential oils properties can help us alleviate these symptoms by fighting acidity, helping us to relax and sleep. There are different ways to use the essential oils for these cases. Some of them are by the bath method and using a diffuser.

Bath method

In a hot bath, the essential oils are in contact with all your body at the same time by your respiratory system when you inhale them. It is extremely important that you mix your essential oils with a support oil of your choice before pouring them into your bath because pure essential oils don’t mix with water and they can produce irritations on your skin. 4 to 6 drops of essential oil mixed into your carrier oil would be enough to fill a bathroom with aromatized vapor.

Diffuser Method

Using a burner is one of the easiest and creative methods to use essential oils. You fill the recipient with ¾ of water and then depending on the size of the room, you put enough drops to fill a room with the aroma. Start with one or 2 drops. Make sure the aroma is not to intense because it could cause headaches.
